Note: For Bank Transfer payments, customers must complete the payment within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.

2. Order Cancellation & Stock Availability

• iSwadesi reserves the right to cancel any item or order if stock is unavailable at the time of processing.
• In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be initiated for the cancelled items.

3. Refund Policy

• Please allow 3-5 business working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
